Miso Soup with Shitake Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Bring the broth to a boil, then add the mushrooms and simmer until the mushrooms are done. Add the miso paste, soy sauce and tofu and heat through.
  2. Plate, garnish with the scallions, and serve hot.
